Call To Action re. Single-Use Plastic Ban's Shortcomings

The Ottawa Water Study/Action Group has just received an official letter from the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Canada (link to PDF) describing their plans to implement a ban on single-use plastics, but disappointingly dismissing our concerns over plastic water bottles. OWSAG is asking all concerned environmentalists to respond to this letter.
